Heritage Park is also one of Canada’s most prominent museums in history, with more than hundreds of exhibits and antiques, joy rides, souvenir shops, restaurants and live act performances to keep you and your family fun and entertaining. Usually, the park operates in May to early October for each year, so definitely, if you are in town around the time, I recommend you check it out!

Prince’s island park is a beautiful urban park in Calgary, Alberta, that holds many significant events throughout the year, including Canada Day, which occurs on July 1st, Calgary Folk Festivals, and other large celebrations. In the winter season, there is a skating rink to enjoy skating activities. (Now closure due to ongoing constructions for the Janipur Bridge). This park offers families and friends who would like to hang out around the area for picnics, playgrounds, flower gardens, Chevron Learning Pathway, water fountains, and River Cafe in the summer season. Nearby, there is a Bow River, and often there are activities to take part including kite flying, outdoor BBQ, and river tube floats. I recommend checking out if you are in the nearby area.
